LANDLORD AND TENANT LAW IN MALAYSIA

There is, at present, no spesific statute on landlord and tenant in Malaysia. The law is contained partly in the National Land Code 1965 (which applies to Peninsular Malaysia only) and partly in a growing body of case law from this country and other common law countries.
