The presence of the English Colonialist brought many important changes in Malaysia and the most glaring and obvious of all are the language of buildings and planning of towns. The English had brought their great ideas of humanistic living through their cultivation of the towns with the public squares, streets and nooks and crannies that create a more humane modern living condition.
